I am Sofiea
I guide visionary creators and entrepreneurs in expanding their capacity for visibility, and expansion — beginning with the nervous system and unconscious.
Â
Your outer world reflects your inner world.
From visibility to decision-making, your nervous system and subconscious influence how you grow.
Â
The invisible limits behind my first business
Â
Before coaching for expansion, I had another business focused on somatics, yoga, nervous system healing, and sophrology.Â
I met immensely talented colleagues in the healing and coaching world. But I also observed something that unsettled me. Many of my colleagues — brilliant, dedicated, deeply engaged — seemed to be hitting an invisible ceiling in visibility, business growth, and income. They worked hard. They were skilled. Yet something was not expanding. And I began to recognize the same ceiling inside myself: I had clients. Partnerships. Excellent feedback. But each time I had the opportunity to expand — to increase visibility, raise my prices, grow the structure — my body would freeze.
The limitation was not a lack of skill.
It was a lack of capacity.
I was afraid of the responsibility and exposure that expansion would bring. I actually could not emotionally handle the fears related to teaching more classes and having a greater impact.  On top of that, I was very easily shaken when it came to online marketing, becoming highly perfectionistic and constantly comparing my results to everyone else’s — especially to people who had been established in the field for many years. The fear of “failing” in the marketing game was turning content creation into a very difficult experience instead of a playful and creative one.
Â
The initiation
Â
So for a few years, I stepped back from that identity and returned more fully to marketing and growth strategy. I kept a few group containers, but focused on scaling systems as a marketer.
To be honest, it was a highly confusing period. It often felt like I was losing a part of myself. Those years were about accepting grief, trusting the unknown, and allowing a new direction to emerge.Â
It took time to understand that I was never meant to choose between the two.
There is no real business growth without the capacity to hold it. No sustainable visibility without nervous system safety. No expansion without a bigger internal container.Â
I realised that behind every marketing and sales bottleneck, especially for solopreneurs, there is an untold story rooted in the subconscious and the nervous system. Business and marketing are far more somatic than the industry acknowledges.
That is when everything integrated:
Expansion through strategy.
Expansion through the body.
Why I started coaching entrepreneurs
The pillars of my approach
Â
1. Regulation & Capacity
2. Leadership & Visibility
The second pillar focuses on expanding your identity as a leader and creator. As your visibility grows, your nervous system may interpret exposure as threat — which can subtly limit how boldly you show up. We work on increasing your tolerance for being seen, and on updating your identity in a gentle approach.
Â
3. Growth & Scaling
After years of working in marketing and training as a growth strategist, I realized that marketing bottlenecks need to be addressed with both strategic adjustments and nervous system support. This pillar combines funnel analysis, numbers, and rapid iteration with working through the unconscious fears and limitations that can restrict growth.
