Meet Sofiea 

 

My first business was rooted in nervous system healing, somatics, and sophrology. I supported women in regulating their bodies, processing stress, and reconnecting to their unconscious.

And yet, when my own activity began to grow, I encountered something unexpected. Each time expansion called — more visibility, higher pricing, greater responsibility — my body contracted. I would freeze at the edge of my next level. 

After that chapter, I moved deeper into marketing and growth strategy, working in audience creation roles and building sales funnels. There, I saw the same pattern from another angle: behind every strategy and action is a human being. Behind every business bottleneck, especially for solopreneurs, there is an untold story rooted in the subconscious and the nervous system.

 Identity Shift Coaching

  

Across 6 private 90-minute sessions, we work together to identify and shift the nervous system patterns, subconscious beliefs, and identity dynamics influencing the way you show up, market your work, make decisions, and grow your business.

Every tool, exercise, and practice is applied directly to the concrete business or marketing challenges you are currently experiencing. For example, if you struggle to feel safe showing up online and expressing yourself publicly, we will apply the nervous system and subconscious work directly to those situations.

And when needed, we can also analyse the practical side of your business — such as funnels or implementation — while exploring the unconscious patterns influencing each stage. The coaching is always grounded in tangible business application and real-life transformation. Each journey is unique, but the work often moves through three main phases:

  

Phase 1 — Nervous System Mapping (Sessions 1–2)

We begin by understanding how your nervous system currently responds to your specific business challenges. I will help you map the unique functioning of your nervous system and understand how unconscious patterns shape the way you show up, make decisions, take action, and move toward your goals.

 

Phase 2 — Safety & Capacity Expansion (Sessions 3–4)

Once the patterns become clear, we begin building the tools needed to shift the way you respond to challenges, visibility, pressure, and growth. Depending on your needs, I will share nervous system tools, concrete practices, and personalised audio recordings designed to help you move out of resistance into a state of greater clarity, creativity, focus, and aligned action (flow state).

The goal is not to change your actions, but to shift the internal state shaping the way you decide, create, and show up in your business.

 

Phase 3 — Identity & Subconscious Rewiring (Sessions 5–6)

Once your nervous system feels more regulated and supported, and you have the tools to shift its automatic responses when needed, we can begin working more deeply on beliefs and identity. We are often not fully aware of it, but our subconscious mind runs much of the show, influencing our decisions, behaviours, and the way we show up in the world.

The final sessions of the coaching focus on updating the beliefs that limit you and allowing your identity to align with your desired outcomes.
