Embodied Leadership

My joy

My joy is holding space for ambitious women who are ready to step out of hustle culture and chronic stress — who are ready to reclaim their feminine power, step into leadership rooted in embodiment, and move into a life that feels deeply aligned, potent and embodied.

I honour your boldest leadership, your most intuitive wisdom, and your fullest radiance.

I trust your body as your ultimate guide, while I serve as a mentor offering tools, practices, and frameworks that bridge neurosciences and feminine energetics.

My role is to create a nurturing yet daring space where you can journey into the depths of your feminine essence and your innate resilience.

When the land awakened my feminine

In my first life, I was an engineer, immersed in logic, reason, and male-dominated environments. I believed success came only through the mind, by using logic and science. That was the paradigm I lived in. Everything changed during a trip to Ibiza. Something inside me awakened in a way I could not have imagined. I felt truly alive for the first time—sensual, vibrant, and magically connected to the land. I had come home to the earth, experiencing a juiciness I did not know was possible.

But when I returned to “normal” life, my body revolted. Relentless migraines followed me for two years. My vision dropped so dramatically that I I could no longer drive, and reading became almost impossible. My old life shattered.

That collapse became the initiation.

My body forced me to stop, to feel, to listen.

The initiation

What followed were years of deep integration; an alchemy of breakdown and awakening that completely reshaped my identity. I was compelled to step outside of my head and embrace the power of listening to my body, leading with it instead of just relying on logic. It felt like I was re-establishing a dialogue that had been silenced for years.

In my search for answers and healing, I became certified in yoga, somatics, and sophrology, an alternative medicine method that is very similar to hypnotherapy but specialised in stress and burnout. I began teaching groups and established a practice as a sophrologist, offering one-on-one sessions.

However, as my practice grew, I also discovered the challenges of entrepreneurship. For years, I balanced multiple responsibilities, managing my own practice alongside my corporate career in marketing.

On the surface, I appeared successful, but internally, I felt drained, lonely, and depleted. The more I accomplished, the less alive I felt.

Hustle culture rewarded me for performing, producing, and pushing harder, but it came at a significant cost: a disconnection from my sensuality, and the silencing of my feminine essence. My body was yearning for pleasure, nourishment, and authenticity.

A new paradigm of body-led, feminine-power leadership

Over the years, I also observed a recurring pattern among the women I worked with. I realised that to create sustainable change, we need to address the root causes: the dysregulation of the nervous system, which leads to chronic tension and stress, as well as the tendency for women to predominantly operate from masculine energy because of work environments and systems that glorify over-masculine paradigms while often trivialising feminine energy.

Obsessed with offering long-lasting results to my clients, I participated in several training focused on deep nervous system restoration.

I personally reached a baseline state that allows me to expand as an entrepreneur, teacher, coach, and woman in a way that I had never believed possible before. Life stopped feeling like survival and became luxurious, embodied, and alive. I started to lead from my feminine core. It transformed not only my work, but my entire way of being.

The old paradigm that glorifies hustle, disconnection, and masculine overdrive is collapsing. It is time to reclaim a body-led, feminine leadership framework.

The pillars of my approach

1. Nervous System Healing

The first pillar is the healing of the nervous system. Learning to regulate the nervous system and cultivate inner safety is essential for fully embracing feminine leadership. I enjoy using nervous system healing techniques, polyvagal theory and sophrology.

2. Feminine Energetics

Feminine energetics help us reconnect with our vibrancy, enabling us to feel nourished, inspired, and balanced. When we find a balance between our masculine and feminine energies, we can use our inner masculine as a safe container for our flow, intuition, creativity, and expression.

3. Embodied Leadership

I believe there is another path to leadership—one that feels both empowering and nourishing. Most of us have learned to lead from our intellect, but when we begin to incorporate somatic and embodiment tools, leadership transforms into something more intuitive, sensual, and grounded.
